Program Managers are companies that establish and maintain relationships with significant parties in the payments value chain. This can include partners such as the issuer processor, sponsoring bank (BIN sponsor), payment network, and card manufacturer. Program Managers often also take care of settlement, reconciliation, dispute handling, fraud protection, customer authentication, marketing and distribution.
More specifically, some Program Managers have the capabilities to support a crypto card program for their customers.
